In this paper, the outflow process of a triangular broad-crested device is examined using the dimensional analysis and the incomplete self-similarity theory. A new theoretical stage-discharge relationship is proposed, and its applicability is verified using measurements available in literature.The proposed power equation is characterized by a coefficient depending on device apex angle and a constant value of the exponent.  相似文献

Flow measurement and control in open channel system for lateral flow is important to support the system management. The flow characteristics of combined side weir-gate are complicated due to changes in flow conditions along the side weir-gate section. Experimental investigation of the flow characteristics of both weir and sluice gates is crucial for predicting the flow through a combined side weir-gate structure. Although weir-gate structures are widely used for frontal flow in hydraulic structures, the same is not true for lateral flows. In this study, 650 laboratory tests were conducted to determine the flow characteristics of combined side weir-gate for subcritical flow, and the experimental results were analyzed to determine the effect of these characteristics and weir-gate geometry on discharge capacity. Interaction factor of combined side weir-gate is a function of the upstream Froude number, the ratio of gate opening to upstream flow depth, the ratio of distance between the top of the sluice gate and the weir crest to gate opening, the ratio of weir and gate length to upstream flow depth, and the ratio of weir and gate length to main channel width. Consequently, more discharge is passed through combined side weir-gate compared to side weir and sluice gates. The empirically derived equations for the discharge of combined side weir-gate show good compatibility with the experimental data.  相似文献

南水北调中线工程运行以来,发挥了巨大社会效益,沿途及京津冀地区对其调水需求日增,渠道停水检修将带来较大风险,因此面临输水状态下渠道衬砌板破坏抢修难题。部分挖方渠道衬砌板下有复杂的渗控措施,输水状态下采用围堰干地抢修渠底和较深部位的渠坡衬砌板时,需解决围堰基坑内外水位差可能带来的基坑内渠坡抗浮和渗透破坏问题。鉴于此,在渠道渗控设计及围堰布置基础上,根据“前堵后排”思想,提出一种围堰基坑“外、中、内”三防线渗控方案,即围堰基坑外围渠基透水管封堵,基坑周边安装水泵抽排。三维渗流场模拟结果表明,该方案可显著降低基坑周边衬砌板下砂垫层内水平渗透比降和基坑涌水量,能保证基坑渗流安全。研究成果可为南水北调中线输水状态下挖方渠道围堰干地抢修提供理论依据和技术支持。  相似文献

All input experimental errors for membrane flux determination were analyzed. The overall error in pressure did not largely influence the determination of membrane flux. The main contribution to errors was ascribed to flow meters and membrane thickness. The choice of an optimal operational range for input parameters led to elimination of at least 2/3 of the theoretical relative error for subsequent evaluation of the permeability of individual species. This is especially valuable for low‐permeable membranes, whereas a very low relative theoretical error can be obtained in the case of highly permeable materials.  相似文献

In the near future, several offshore wind farms are planned to be built in the North Sea. Therefore, jacket and tripod constructions with mainly axially loaded piles are suitable as support structures. The current design of axial bearing resistance of these piles leads to deviant results regarding the pile resistance when different design methods are adopted. Hence, a strong deviation regarding the required pile length must be addressed. The reliability of a design method can be evaluated based on a model error which describes the quality of the considered design method by comparing measured and predicted pile bearing resistances. However, only few pile load tests are reported with regard to the boundary conditions in the North Sea. This paper presents 6 large-scale axial pile load tests which were incorporated within a new model error approach for the current design methods used for the axial bearing resistance, namely API Main Text method and cone penetration test (CPT)-based design methods, such as simplified ICP-05, offshore UWA-05, Fugro-05 and NGI-05 methods. Based on these new model errors, a reliability-based study towards the safety was conducted by performing a Monte-Carlo simulation. In addition, consequences regarding the deterministic pile design in terms of quality factors were evaluated. It is shown that the current global safety factor (GSF) prescribed and the partial safety factors are only valid for the API Main Text and the offshore UWA-05 design methods; whereas for the simplified ICP-05, Fugro-05 and NGI-05 design methods, an increase in the required embedded pile length and thus in the GSF up to 2.69, 2.95 and 3.27, respectively, should be considered to satisfy the desired safety level according to DIN EN 1990 of β = 3.8. Further, quality factors for each design method on the basis of all reliability-based design results were derived. Hence, evaluation of each design method regarding the reliability of the pile capacity prediction is possible.  相似文献

Operator reliability in complex systems is influenced by various performance shaping factors (PSFs). Time is a particularly important PSF; however, empirical studies of human reliability analysis (HRA) are rarely focused on modeling the effect of time PSF on human error probability (HEP). This study contributes to HRA literature by investigating the empirical relationship between time margin and HEP. Time margin is defined as the difference between the time available to complete a task and the time required to successfully complete the task, divided by the required time. We investigate and compare two models (logistic and linear) to explain HEP based on time margin. The empirical HEP data for model testing were extracted from a microworld simulator (Study 1) and a full-scope simulator (Study 2) in two existing studies relevant to procedural tasks in nuclear power plants. For Study 1, both models exhibited an acceptable, equivalent explanatory power; for Study 2, although both models exhibited an acceptable explanatory ability, the logistic model explained more variance in HEP. Our findings indicate the potential of the logistic model in explaining and predicting HEP based on time margin in time-critical tasks.  相似文献

棒束通道的特殊结构导致其内部流动转捩情况较为复杂,探究其内部流动转捩规律具有重要意义。本文针对棒束通道内的流动转捩特性开展实验与CFD模拟研究,通过实验获得了棒束通道内沿程阻力系数的变化规律;采用不同湍流模型进行了数值模拟。结果表明,SST k-ω模型能较好地反映实验结果。进一步对比了不同雷诺数工况下通道内不同位置的沿程阻力系数与湍流强度,发现对于不同子通道,中心子通道湍流强度与沿程阻力系数高于边角子通道;对于同一子通道,子通道中心处湍流强度与壁面切应力高于子通道边缘处。这一结果说明,受壁面影响,棒束内湍流强度、壁面切应力、阻力特性具有不均匀性,这些空间上的不均匀性相互作用会引起总体上棒束转捩点不明显。  相似文献

结核病是一种由结核分枝杆菌感染引起的,以空气传播为主的传染病,目前仍是全球公共卫生安全的重大威胁。随着抗结核抗生素的广泛使用,结核病的耐药问题也愈演愈烈,出现了多耐药结核、广泛耐药结核甚至完全耐药结核。对临床用抗结核药物作用机制和结核分枝杆菌对应耐药机制的研究,有利于我们开发新的抗结核药物,改造现有抗结核药物和研发新的耐药诊断技术。本文综述了近年来有关抗结核新药的作用机制及细菌耐药机制的研究进展,并特别讨论了最新发现的结核分枝杆菌外膜通道蛋白PE/PPE蛋白可能在结核分枝杆菌耐药中的重要作用,以期为后续的相关研究提供一定的参考。  相似文献

表面织构形状对牙轮钻头轴承摩擦学性能影响的实验研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
牙轮钻头滑动轴承作为钻头破岩过程中传递载荷的关键部件,在低速重载的钻井过程中易发生黏着磨损失效。为改善牙轮钻头滑动轴承的耐磨性能,利用纳秒激光雕刻技术,在牙轮钻头滑动轴承轴颈表面加工了面积比为10%、深度为20μm的圆形、矩形、三角形及复合织构;基于赫兹相似理论,设计近似模拟钻头轴承工况的环-块配对副单元实验方案,并在UMT摩擦试验机上开展织构形状对钻头滑动轴承摩擦副摩擦因数、磨损量、温升变化和微观形貌影响规律的实验研究。结果表明:仿生织构的形状及布置方式对减摩和耐磨效果影响极大,其中圆形、矩形织构的减摩和耐磨性能最优,其次为三角形织构,而复合织构反而增大了摩擦因数及磨损量;单一织构对试件磨损量及温升的影响不大,而复合织构在增加摩擦的同时温度有明显升高,不利于井下高温环境下延长牙轮钻头寿命。  相似文献

针对多点驱动带式输送机功率不平衡降低输送效率及生产寿命问题,对多电机间的协调控制进行研究。对传统偏差耦合多电机协调控制结构进行了改进,增加了基于转速功率控制的同步误差补偿器,通过求取所有电机的平均转速和单台电机的转速差,利用PI控制器,同时结合每台电机的系统转速跟踪误差,反馈补偿到每台电机的控制回路进行多电机协调控制。仿真结果表明,系统可以在负载变化扰动的情况下有效降低各电机的同步误差,特别是对系统刚启动时负载不均衡导致的电机功率不平衡问题,改进结构可以有效实现多电机间的功率平衡分配。  相似文献
